In today’s global and national economic conditions, speed, use of qualified and in-depth information, flexibility, dissemination of information and interaction among economic units have become increasingly critical. It is of great importance to raise awareness of new conditions, to systematically reveal the constraints and needs of companies, to support the skills of companies in current legislative changes, regulations and policy options that can be applied for their effects. It is inevitable that the Turkish economy will have an intense structural reform agenda in the coming years in order to keep up with the changes experienced at the global level and to realize innovative steps that have been postponed for many years. Feeding the design and implementation phases of the reform process with rich and qualified analyzes is critical for both the public and private sectors.
